Several candidates defeated in the Bihar assembly elections have filed a petition in the Patna High Court challenging the election of the winning candidates. Almost every party's candidates have filed election petitions in the High Court. If someone has got votes from fake voters, then someone has filed a petition on the basis of filing an incorrect affidavit. According to the information, more than thirty election petitions have been filed so far.
बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव में पराजित कई उम्मीदवारों ने पटना हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर विजयी उम्मीदवारों के चुनाव को चुनौती दी है। लगभग हर पार्टी के उम्मीदवारों ने हाईकोर्ट में चुनाव याचिका दायर की है। किसी ने फर्जी वोटरों से वोट डलवाने तो किसी ने गलत हलफनामा दाखिल करने का आधार बना कर याचिका दायर की है। जानकारी के अनुसार, अब तक तीस से ज्यादा चुनाव याचिकाएं दायर की गई हैं।
